Warranty Terms

Kezaro Extended Warranty

With the Kezaro Extended Warranty, the lights in your order are covered for a total of 4 years from delivery. The warranty is an optional, paid extra that you can add when you place your order. The price depends on the value of your order.

Your statutory rights are not affected

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to a remedy from us as the seller, whether or not you buy this warranty. This warranty is an additional promise and does not limit those rights in any way. If you live in Canada, your rights under the consumer protection and sale of goods laws of your province or territory apply in the same way.

What is covered?

  • Duration: 4 years from delivery
  • Products: all lights in the same order in which the warranty was bought
  • Scope: faults in materials and workmanship, plus failure of the integrated LED, driver, battery and switch under normal use
  • Remedy: at our choice, free replacement of the light or the faulty part. If neither is possible, we refund the price of the affected light
  • Costs: we pay for delivery of the replacement and, where needed, the return
  • Territory: deliveries to the United Kingdom and Canada

What is not covered?

  • Damage caused by dropping, impact, incorrect installation or improper use
  • Normal wear and tear such as scratches and signs of use
  • The natural loss of battery capacity, as long as the battery still reaches at least 60% of its original running time
  • Mirrors and decorative items without a light function
  • Modifications or repairs carried out by third parties

How to make a claim

  1. Email support@kezaro.com within the warranty period with your order number.
  2. Attach a photo or short video that shows the fault.
  3. We will reply within 2 working days with a solution.

Other terms

The warranty is linked to your order and cannot be transferred. If you return all the lights in an order within the 14-day cancellation period, we also refund the price of the warranty.
