How long does delivery take?

We process your order within 1 to 2 working days. It usually arrives within 7 to 14 working days in total. Delivery is free on all UK orders. There is nothing to pay on delivery: no customs duty, import fees or courier charges.

Which colour temperature suits my room?

Warm white (around 2700 to 3000 K) creates a cosy atmosphere and suits living rooms and bedrooms best. Neutral or daylight white (from around 4000 K) is brighter and clearer, ideal for hallways, kitchens and work areas.

Can I return my light?

Yes. You can cancel from the moment you order until 14 days after the day you receive your goods, without giving a reason. If you change your mind, you pay the return postage. Faulty items are always returned free of charge. Full details are on our Returns & cancellations page.
