Sera looks like a traditional table lamp: a fabric shade with a warm glow, on a slim metal stem and round base. The difference is that there is no cable. It runs on a built-in battery, so it can stand in the middle of the dining table or on a console far from a socket.

How is the Sera fitted?

Do I need to buy a bulb for the Sera?

No. The Sera has a built-in LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change. It works straight away once it is connected.

What kind of light does the Sera give?

Light colour of the Sera: Warm white.

When will my Sera arrive?

Your Sera is checked before dispatch and leaves within 1 to 2 working days. With free UK delivery it usually arrives within 7 to 14 working days in total, or 5 to 11 working days with Express delivery (£6.95) at checkout. Prices include UK VAT, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can cancel from the moment you order until 14 days after the day you receive your goods, without giving a reason. If you change your mind, you pay the return postage. Faulty items are always returned free of charge. Full details are on our Returns & cancellations page.
