Spray glass cleaner onto a soft, lint-free cloth rather than directly onto the mirror, so no moisture runs into the frame.

Wipe the frame with a dry cloth only and do not use abrasive products.

When will my Mira arrive?

Your Mira is checked before dispatch and leaves within 1 to 2 working days. With free UK delivery it usually arrives within 7 to 14 working days in total, or 5 to 11 working days with Express delivery (£6.95) at checkout. Prices include UK VAT, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can cancel from the moment you order until 14 days after the day you receive your goods, without giving a reason. If you change your mind, you pay the return postage. Faulty items are always returned free of charge. Full details are on our Returns & cancellations page.
