How is the Gemma fitted?

Fitting: Cordless, no installation needed. You will find all fitting details in the product description. Questions about your wall or connection? Email us at support@kezaro.com.

Do I need to buy a bulb for the Gemma?

No. The Gemma has a built-in LED, so there is no bulb to buy or change. It works straight away once it is connected.

What kind of light does the Gemma give?

Light colour of the Gemma: Warm white.

When will my Gemma arrive?

Your Gemma is checked before dispatch and leaves within 1 to 2 working days. With free UK delivery it usually arrives within 7 to 14 working days in total, or 5 to 11 working days with Express delivery (£6.95) at checkout. Prices include UK VAT, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can cancel from the moment you order until 14 days after the day you receive your goods, without giving a reason. If you change your mind, you pay the return postage. Faulty items are always returned free of charge. Full details are on our Returns & cancellations page.
